1.The clinic is helped with BIM . The clinic is composed of many single flat pack modular container house unit ,which were prefabricated at factory ,and then they are to be assembled at site . So it has many merits than traditional buildings .
2.Economic in building it. It only costs 20-50% fund than traditional buildings .
3.It takes little time in building it than traditional building . Sine the units were prefabricated at factory ,so what we need to do is to crane the units one by one as per construction plan ,so it needs to hire few workers to finish the work .
