It has 4 production lines for disc brake pads and an annual production capacity of 4 million sets. And 6 backing plates production lines with annual capacity 8,000,000 pieces. Complete quality assurance system, implementation of ERP enterprise resource system management, passed IATF16949, GB5763-2018 and other quality system certification; also has perfect quality testing equipment, DYNO test bench, NVH noise test room, thermal expansion compression test machine, shear test machine and the test stand such as CHASE can meet the test of various indicators of the brake pad, and can perform JASO, AK-Master and LACT simulation experiments, FMVSS135, 105 federal regulations and standard tests.

Q1.How is your production management and quality control system?

We have very strict product inspection process to insure extremely low defection rate. 

Incoming raw materials inspection, in-process inspections, final inspection for finished products. 

Testing lab will pick random samples from production to run test. 

SPC analysis onsite to make sure quality is stable and reliable. 

Q2.Can your factory print our brand on the product?

Yes. We do private labelling for all customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.

Q3.Can I visit the factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?

It is a great honor to invite you to visit our factory. Our factory is located in Qufu City, Shandong province. There are airport and high-speed train station at our city. We can arrange our driver to pick you up when you arrive.

Q4.Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in market planning?

We have a design team and a marketing planning team to service our customers.

Q5.Can you offer free samples?

It depends on the sample costs, but we do not pay freight costs.

Q6.Can you help to ship the goods?

YES. We can help to ship the goods through customer forwarder or our forwarder.
